Milan, 18 March 2011 – On 15 March 2011, Gianni Riotta stepped down as editor-in-chief of Il Sole 24 ORE.
The 24 ORE Group and Mr. Riotta have mutually agreed to conclude their relationship, which began in March 2009, and to continue their respective activities independently and pursue their future goals autonomously. The decision was taken by mutual agreement based also on their respective views on the print and electronic publishing market.
The Publisher thanked Mr. Riotta for his outstanding work and wished him all the best in the new ventures lying ahead.
Mr. Riotta thanked the Group for the trust granted and wished it success in its efforts of renewal and growth.
