On February 22, 2019, a shareholders' agreement was signed between Confindustria and 53 associations and entities within the Confindustria system. This agreement was subsequently amended as communicated to the market on June 8, 2021; August 6, 2021; November 10, 2021; November 17, 2021; November 24, 2021; December 1, 2021; December 15, 2021; December 17, 2021; and February 2, 2022.
On February 22, 2022, the Company received confirmation that the Shareholders' Agreement between Confindustria and certain associations within the Confindustria system, originally signed on February 22, 2019, had expired and was not renewed.
