Piero Gnudi resigned on December 2, with immediate effect, from his position as non-executive Director of Il Sole 24 Ore S.p.A., following his recent appointment as Minister for Tourism and Sport and for the Regional Affairs.
Piero Gnudi was not member of any Committee of the Company and had not the role of Independent Director.
