Resignation of Nicola de Bartolomeo from the Board of Directors

Milan, April 12, 2010 – The non executive Director Nicola De Bartolomeo resigned from the Board of Il Sole 24 ORE S.p.A.

Nicola De Bartolomeo was not a member of any Committee of the Company as well as was not an independent Director.
