Milan, April 20, 2011- Francesco Caio resigned today, with immediate effect, from his position as non-executive Director of Il Sole 24 Ore S.p.A., following his recent appointment as Managing Director of the Avio Group based in Turin.
Francesco Caio was member of the Audit Committee and of the Compensation Committee of the Company and had the role of Independent Director.
