Milan, July 2, 2010 - The Board of Directors of Radio 24 met this morning in Milan and appointed Fabio Tamburini director of the radio station. Tamburini, 56, a graduate in law, since January 2003 with Sole 24 ORE, stays on as director of the Radiocor press agency to ensure a greater impact on real-time information.
Tamburini was previously deputy editor-in-chief of weekly Milano Finanza and of daily Mf (Class Editori), correspondent and deputy chief editor of Repubblica, and chief editor of Il Mondo. Former adjunct professor at the Faculties of Economics of the Federico II University of Naples and the University of Parma, he is author of five books, including “Un siciliano a Milano”, the biography of Enrico Cuccia, published in 1992.
The Board thanked Gianfranco Fabi for his outstanding work at the helm of Radio 24.
