The Radio 24 autumn schedule is back on Monday 31 August. In the wake of the audience’s enthusiastic response on the previous season, the current line-up features many staples, alongside new shows.

In the topical space of 24Mattino, to comment on the stories of the day at 8.15 am, Simone Spetia will be joined by the authoritative voice of Paolo Mieli.

At 9 am, Alessandro Milan is back with Leonardo Manera in Uno Nessuno e 100Milan, enriched every Monday at 9.30 am by Tutti a scuola, a weekly slot on this autumn's hot topic, joined by Maria Piera Ceci.

School, but also work in the Radio 24 schedule with Due di Denari hosted by Debora Rosciani and Mauro Meazza: more space dedicated to work-related topics with a regular slot every Wednesday.

The morning schedule continues with Obiettivo salute by Nicoletta Carbone and Melog by Gianluca Nicoletti. At 1 pm, it’s news time with Effetto giorno fronted by Alessio Maurizi, which confirms the two sections on domestic politics and world news: Il punto with Alberto Orioli and Rassegna stampa internazionale with Giulia Crivelli.

The afternoon schedule, after Tutti convocati on air at 2 pm with Carlo Genta and Pierluigi Pardo, features the return of last season's new shows, much appreciated by both listeners and critics: Linea d’Ombra, the stories told by Matteo Caccia, and international current affairs in Nessun Luogo è lontano, presented by Giampaolo Musumeci.

At 5 pm comes Focus economia with Sebastiano Barisoni, offering a perspective on market trends and Italy’s economy, plus financial insights, followed by La Zanzara with Giuseppe Cruciani and David Parenzo.

At 9 pm, live coverage of topical news with Effetto notte hosted by Roberta Giordano, who takes stock and gives her take on the day's events.

The weekend schedule features the successful shows of recent seasons, and new slots too.

On Saturday afternoons, traditionally dedicated to cultural consumption with music, books and cinema, comes a new theatre broadcast, Cartellone, hosted by Elisabetta Fiorito, Fersen Drama Prize and author of monologues and plays.

A new time slot for I figli di Enea by Valentina Furlanetto, on air every Sunday at 2 pm, while Saturday night at 9 pm features Off Topic-fuori dai luoghi comuni with Alessandro Longoni, Riccardo Poli, Beppe Salmetti and Andrea Roccabella, presenting a new formula with the participation of listeners through social channels.

Success broadcasts and comebacks also on Sunday with the programme on women and work Nessuna è perfetta with Maria Latella, a journey into the uncommon places in the women’s world; before that at 10.00, Il caffè della domenica, a new show with Maria Latella's interviews: a coffee enjoyed together with a male or female guest to talk about politics and current affairs, the week’s events and those awaiting us in the next.

Sunday at 2.30 pm marks the launch of Passione Domenica: the passion for sport (from 5 to 7 pm) with Tutti convocati, with comments and analysis on the football matches of the weekend and championship stats, together with racing, cycling, travel, greenery, music and food.

Another successful weekend programme is back, Si può fare (Saturday and Sunday 8.30-10 am), hosted since last season by Laura Bettini, who focuses not only on good news and good practices, but also on the environment and on sustainability, showcasing her green soul.

On Saturday at 11 am, Davide Oldani and Pierluigi Pardo are back with Mangia come parli, on the art of cuisine and recipes, and in the afternoon, Marta Cagnola returns with Radiotube (16-18): music, shows, TV series, and everything that’s newsworthy on the web.

The Radio 24 website continues to beef up its offer of original podcasts with interesting new features and new titles on the launchpad in October.
