Il Sole 24 ORE S.p.A.: Extraordinary shareholders' meeting.Amendment to articles 21 and 22 of the bylaws approved

Milan, April 29, 2013 - The Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of Il Sole 24 ORE S.p.A., chaired today by Cav. Lav. dr. Giancarlo Cerutti, approved the amendment to articles 21 and 22 of the bylaws to reduce the number of members of the Board of Directors from 15 to 11, in order to restructure the size of the managing body also with a view to cost containment.
