Milan, April 15, 2010 – Today, under the chairmanship of Cav. Lav. dr. Giancarlo Cerutti, there was the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company.
The Board appointed Donatella Treu as CEO and confirmed the same powers previously entrusted to the Chairman and CEO.
Following the resignation of dott. Marco Tani on April 14, 2010, in conformity with art. 22 of the Bylaws, the Board of Directors appointed dott.ssa Nicoletta Miroglio, who is the first non-elected candidate in his list.
The Board also appointed the members of the Audit Committee (Marino Vago, Francesco Caio and Mario D’Urso) and of the Compensation Committee (Diana Bracco, Francesco Caio and Mario D’Urso).
