Milan, 13 July 2016 - Il Sole 24 ORE S.p.A. announces that the Board of Directors, chaired by Dott. Cav. Lav. Giorgio Squinzi, has set the meeting for the approval of the 2016 Half-Year Financial Report on 30 September 2016, in accordance with the recent entry into force of the Transparency Decree and of the subsequent three-month extension of the deadline for the publication of the Half-Year Financial Report.
