Under the provisions of art. 77, paragraph 1 of the Issuers’ Regulations, Il Sole 24 ORE S.p.A. hereby notifies that the separate financial statements as at and for the year ended 31.12.2009 (approved by the Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting on April 14, 2010), the consolidated financial statements as at and for the year ended 31.12.2009, and further documentation prescribed by the current laws in force, are available to the public at the registered office in Via Monte Rosa 91, Milan, and at Borsa Italiana S.p.A. The minutes of the meeting will be made available to the public at the registered office and at Borsa Italiana, in accordance with the law.
