Il Sole 24 ORE grants special-category shares to beneficiaries of stock-granting plan for 2008

Milan, 30 December 2008 – The company advises that on 15Th December Il Sole 24 ORE SpA granted 742,649 of its special-category shares to beneficiaries, for 2008, of the stock-granting plan (i.e. to employees in general and to the journalists of the company and of its subsidiary Nuova Radio SpA), as approved by the company’s Shareholder Meeting on 30 October 2007.
The total value of the stock granted is EUR 1,898,375.
