Il Sole 24 ORE grants special-category shares to beneficiaries of stock-granting plan for 2007

Milan, 27 December 2007 – The company advises that, today, Il Sole 24 ORE SpA granted 331,694 of its special-category shares to beneficiaries, for 2007, of the stock-granting plan (i.e. to employees in general and to the journalists of the company and of its subsidiary Nuova Radio SpA), as approved by the company’s Shareholder Meeting on 30 October 2007 and implemented by the Board of Directors on the same date. 
The total value of the stock granted is EUR 1,861,250.
