Il Sole 24 ORE grants special-category shares to beneficiaries of the stock grant plan for 2010

Milan, 22 December 2010 - The company advises that on 15 December, Il Sole 24 ORE S.p.A. granted, for free, 1.592.666,00 of its special-category shares to beneficiaries, for 2010, of the stock grant plan (i.e. to employees in general and to the journalists of the company and of its subsidiary Nuova Radio S.p.A.), as approved by the company's Shareholders' Meeting on 30 October 2007.
The total value of the stock granted, determined on the basis of the grant price, is Euro 1.983.875,00.
