Il Sole 24 ORE buys a stake in Diamante S.p.A.

Milan, 5 October 2007 – The Il Sole 24 ORE Group has acquired a 30% share in Diamante S.p.A., the innovative software house operating in the market of management solutions for professionals and micro/small businesses (www.diamante.it). The operation also includes a capital increase to support the corporate investment plan, which is focused on developing and implementing new functionalities in the management platforms of the Il Sole 24 ORE group.
 
Diamante S.p.A., which was set up in March 1997, operates from its offices in Verona, Rome, Catania and Bologna to manage more than 5000 corporate clients as well as its distribution and support channel of 150 professional IT companies based around the country.
