On Tuesday 19 May, the venue in Via Monte Rosa 91, Milan will play host to “HR & TALENT FORUM”, the event organized by Il Sole 24 ORE focused on the topics of talent management, innovation and change management. A day of debate where institutions, managers and industry experts come together to exchange views on the most effective strategies to manage and retain talent and human resources, maximizing human capital.
The meeting program will be organized around a morning plenary session (8:30-13:30) focused on the hottest and most innovative topics for HR professionals, and in two parallel afternoon sessions (14:30-18:00):
- the first on the specific topics of HR Management
- the second on the expectations and winning skills of Fresh Graduates and Young Talents in the changing job market.
Wrapping up the event, the 24 ORE Business School Open Day (16:30-18:00), a guidance session on professions and career paths through the Post Graduate Full-Time Masters, Executive Masters and MBAs tailored to the leadership.
