Milan, March 26, 2010 – Il Sole 24 ORE S.p.A. informs that the draft Parent Company’s financial statements and the consolidated financial statements for financial year 2009, together with the relevant reports, including the Corporate Governance Report with information also on ownership structure, under art. 123 bis of the Unified Financial Act, and the reports of the Board of Directors on the proposals on the agenda of the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting summoned on April 14, 2010, are available to the public at the registered office in Via Monte Rosa 91, Milan, at Borsa Italiana S.p.A., and on the Company’s website www.gruppo24ore.com.
