COSTA CROCIERE AND 24 ORE BUSINESS SCHOOL ED EVENTI AGREE ON DEVELOPING NEW TOUR OPERATOR SKILLS
Today’s tour operators need to build up managerial skills and develop new professional expertise in order to address the market changes and the continuous digital innovations that have disrupted the industry.
To meet these needs, Costa Crociere has reached an agreement with 24 ORE Business School ed Eventi to organize a course named “Il Manager del Turismo 4.0”. The course will tour 15 cities throughout the Country from 4 May to 27 September 2017, involving over 800 managers of Italy’s best performing travel agencies.
“Il Manager del Turismo 4.0” intends to provide the strategic and operational tools to develop an effective "business plan" and maximize the Agency's profitability.
Specifically, the course will offer the tools to set future targets, align skills to the increasingly complex tour market needs, and weigh the economic and financial implications underlying the business strategies, providing the basic notions and tools for the drafting of an effective work plan.
24 ORE Business School will issue a certificate at the end of each learning path to formally certify the skills acquired.
Teaching will be entrusted to the Kon Business & Financial Advisor group.
