Milan, November 11, 2009 - At its meeting today, the Board of Directors of Il Sole 24 Ore S.p.A., chaired by Cav. Lav. Dott. Giancarlo Cerutti, formally acknowledged the willingness expressed by Claudio Calabi, current Chief Executive Officer of 24 ORE Group, to be added to the list of candidates running for future positions in the new Board of Directors of Risanamento S.p.A.
The Board instructed Chairman Giancarlo Cerutti to initiate the appropriate procedures to identify the candidates for the position of Chief Executive Officer, to be submitted for approval by the Board.
