Milan, December 14, 2009 – At its meeting today, the Board of Directors of Il Sole 24 Ore S.p.A., chaired by Cav.Lav. dr. Giancarlo Cerutti, formally acknowledged the resignation of CEO dr. Claudio Calabi, following his recent appointment as CEO of Risanamento S.p.A., and thanked him for his years of outstanding work.
Dr. Calabi was CEO of the company, he was not an independent director and was not a member of any internal committee.
Chairman Cav.Lav. dr. Giancarlo Cerutti continues his work to identify the candidates to fill the position of CEO, to be submitted for approval by the Board, while assuring the ordinary management and administration of the company, holding the same executive powers of the CEO.
