24 ORE GROUP: BoD reiterates central role of Business Plan and confirms confidence in editor-in-chief of daily Gianni Riotta

Milan, 11 February 2011 – At today’s meeting of the Board of Directors of Il Sole 24 ORE S.p.A., previously scheduled according to the calendar presented to Borsa Italiana, the Board reiterated the central role of the Group’s Business Plan, formerly approved upon the CEO’s proposal, and discussed the progress of the main implementation projects. The Board also expressed its solidarity to and unwavering confidence in Editor-in-Chief of the Daily, Dott. Gianni Riotta, put to an uncalled-for referendum, clearly in relation to the current state of union confrontation.
